 Reservations can made no earlier than 30 days in advance prior to outbound departure
  1.  Email request to your Air New Zealand Sales representative   or   
  2.  Fax copy of PNR to 310-648-7120, Attn: SDR Department. 
  3. Enter " ANZU TRAVEL SPECIALIST OFFER “
  4. Your sales rep will contact you to verify the flights and request CC for payment ,Tickets will be issued by Air New Zealand Travel
 
TAXES All International taxes plus Fuel surcharges will apply, no discount
Min/Max STAY     None/30 days (however all travel must be completed by 08Dec10)
ADD - ONS     No Add-ons.  All other fares must be ticketed separately.
STOPOVERS       One southbound island stopover ( APW/TBU/RAR) is permitted for Free. 
ALSO free stop over is permitted in either direction in AKL.
SALES RESTRICTIONS  Travel is offered in Economy; No upgrades are offered
