Enroll during the registration via web.  Along with the course objectives and information you received a date, time and link to log on to register.

Attend all lecture webinars.  Attendance will be taken during the session.  If you miss a lecture you may contact your Air New Zealand Representative to arrange to view the recorded session.  All missed sessions must be made up.

Successfully pass the final exam at the conclusion of the course.  A passing grade is 75% correct answers.

Complete all online polls, surveys and quizzes.  Incomplete will result in an absence from that session. 

Adhere to all requests from the Tourist offices for assignments.  Such as log on to their sites, complete surveys.

Extra Credit:  To enhance your scores you will have opportunities to do extra credit.  This may include completing a specialist course with one of our destinations.  Selling a group within the program, we will advise opportunities in the packet sent out to as well as within the monthly lectures.
